Imaging

We are pleased to offer mammography, bone density, and ultrasound services for our patients. The ability to provide such services onsite has improved our flow of care. Our wait times for services such as mammography and bone density are minimal compared to other providers of these services.

Mammography

With the introduction of 3D, our digital mammography equipment is the most advanced in this area. These services are available by appointment, Monday thru Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Most insurances cover 2D mammography,  however 3D is available with a $50 upcharge due at the time of your visit.  Please contact our office for an appointment or utilize the appointment request page of this website. We welcome patients from other practices to our office for these services and are happy to forward results to your existing Doctor.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Ronald Gay is the radiologist interpreting these exams. Dr. Gay has been a radiologist in this community for many years and we are excited to have someone with his experience perform this service. We accept most insurance plans for this service.

3D Mammography (Tomosynthesis)

The science behind 3D Mammography allows clinicians to see detail within the breast they could not see before. For the experienced breast imaging radiologist interpreting a 3D Mammogram study, this higher level of acuity means that cancer can be detected, diagnosed, and treated well before it becomes more advanced. Should your Doctor order a Breast Ultrasound following your mammogram, we are able to perform those in our office as well. Our Certified Breast Sonographer will get you in on short notice, providing your Doctor with this critical link to determine the best plan for your health.
