Notice for Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The COVID-19 pandemic remains a critical issue, so we have policies in place to help keep our patients and staff safe and healthy.
***If you or anyone in your household have a fever or respiratory symptoms, or might have been exposed to someone with the Coronavirus, please immediately self-quarantine and call our office to reschedule your appointment.***
For patients with upcoming appointments:
- NO VISITORS may accompany ANY patient to our offices EXCEPT for pregnant women scheduled for ultrasounds, patients who need an interpreter, and minors who request a parent or guardian to stay with them. These patients may only bring ONE support person to the specified appointment.
- All patients must wear a mask at all times at our facilities.
- All patients will be screened upon entering our offices.
- Immediately notify our staff if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or may have been exposed to COVID-19.
If you are unable to follow any of these policies, your appointment will be rescheduled.
