Our telephone hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. During these hours the telephones are answered by receptionists who are trained to ask pertinent questions for the physician regarding your call. The physician or nurse will return your call at a designated time (usually late morning or late afternoon). In the case of prescription requests please have your pharmacy’s telephone number available when you call. The physicians usually address prescription requests either late morning or late afternoon depending on when your request was made. Please contact your pharmacy for the status of your prescription after these times. When making a call about a medical problem, please make the call yourself and call in the morning if possible.
