APPOINTMENTS

Our office is open Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. by appointment. You may schedule appointments by calling 770.227.5505, or by utilizing the form below.

We see patients by appointment only. Please try to make your routine appointments about four (4) weeks in advance. This will allow us the most flexibility in making your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible.

Patients with true emergencies will either be seen immediately in the office or asked to go to the hospital emergency department. Patients with urgent problems will usually be seen by the next business day. Emergent/Urgent patients may have to see the physician on call versus their physician of choice.

Problems that arise after office hours, on weekends and holidays will be managed by the physician on call for the practice. Our after-hours, office recording will tell you how to contact this physician.
